How to Use Accumulator Nitrogen Charging Tools?

When using, special attention must be paid to the safety operating procedures for accumulator nitrogen charging tools and common issues in the operating process. Unfamiliar employees are prohibited from actual operation to prevent harm to the normal application of accumulators.

When pressurizing the accumulator, we need to select a suitable nitrogen charging tool according to the required pressure load to prevent unnecessary safety risks from random application.

When charging nitrogen to the accumulator, customers must strictly follow the usage requirements of the charging tool and avoid random operation. This can not only cause damage to the nitrogen charging tool but also affect the normal use of the accumulator.

When the accumulator nitrogen charging tool is not in use or after application, customers must remember to remove it from the accumulator. Long-term connection can cause gas leakage or damage to the attached pressure gauge.

When the operating pressure of the bladder accumulator is less than 8MPa, nitrogen can be replenished according to the nitrogen cylinder and the nitrogen charging tool. Connect one end of the nitrogen charging tool to the nitrogen cylinder and the other end to the accumulator, then open the nitrogen cylinder valve to perform pressurization.

Connect the nitrogen cylinder and the nitrogen charging vehicle inlet with a high-pressure hose, connect the nitrogen charging vehicle outlet to the accumulator inlet through the nitrogen charging tool, set the output pressure on the nitrogen charging vehicle, then open the nitrogen cylinder valve, connect the power supply of the nitrogen charging vehicle, and open the nitrogen charging vehicle start knob to perform pressurization.
