The pneumatic bladder accumulator is a specialized pressure-bearing component for energy storage in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. It relies on an internal rubber bladder to separate nitrogen from the hydraulic medium, achieving system energy storage, pressure compensation, buffering and unloading, pressure stabilization and noise reduction. It is suitable for various industrial hydraulic and pneumatic complete equipment. The product bladder is made of special rubber material, featuring oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, bending resistance, stable structural strength, and stable service life. The product complies with HG/233192 domestic standards and ASME international standards, suitable for various domestic and international hydraulic unit assembly applications.
Operating principle: Nitrogen is pre-charged into the accumulator bladder. When pipeline oil pressure rises, the hydraulic medium squeezes the bladder to compress nitrogen, converting hydraulic energy into pneumatic potential energy for storage. When pipeline oil pressure drops or load fluctuates, nitrogen expands to release potential energy, reversely pushing the medium to supplement pressure, balancing the entire hydraulic system pressure, absorbing instantaneous pipeline pressure impacts, and ensuring stable equipment operation.

Q1: What is the difference between Type A and Type AB accumulators?
A: The two have different structural lengths. Type A is suitable for vertical conventional installation, and Type AB is suitable for horizontal and strong vibration condition installation.
Q2: Can the accumulator be charged with other gases?
A: Only nitrogen can be charged into the bladder. Oxygen, flammable, and corrosive gases must not be used to ensure shell and bladder safety.
Q3: What volume accumulators require clamp fixing?
A: Below 1L can be directly installed on pipeline. For vibration conditions or volumes above 1L, specialized clamps are recommended.
Q4: How to complete nitrogen charging for high-pressure accumulators?
A: For conventional pressure, use CQ type charging tool. When gas source pressure is insufficient, use CDZ type nitrogen booster equipment for pressurized charging.
Q5: Can the accumulator shell be drilled or welded for modification?
A: Welding and mechanical processing must not be performed on the accumulator shell, as it will damage the pressure-bearing structure and cause safety hazards.
The pneumatic bladder accumulator can be installed vertically, horizontally, or at an angle. When selecting angled or vertical installation, the oil valve must be placed at the bottom.
For accumulators with capacity below 1L, they can be directly installed on the pipeline. For conditions with strong vibration or capacity above 1L, it is recommended to use our factory clamps or complete accumulator fixing components.
Before putting the accumulator into service, nitrogen must be charged into the bladder. Nitrogen charging can be performed using charging tools. We recommend using our factory CQ type charging tool. If the gas source nitrogen pressure cannot meet high-pressure accumulator requirements, we recommend using our factory CDZ type nitrogen booster charging vehicle for pressurized charging.
1. Welding and any mechanical processing must not be performed on the accumulator shell;
2. Only nitrogen can be charged into the accumulator bladder. Oxygen and other flammable and corrosive gases must not be used;
3. The accumulator must be connected to a hydraulic system equipped with a relief valve or safety valve for use.
