I. Product Introduction

The bladder accumulator station is an integrated energy storage equipment that combines the accumulator cylinder, energy storage bladder, control valve group, and fixed bracket into one unit. It is widely used in centralized energy storage operations for hydraulic and pneumatic systems. The equipment relies on an internal bladder to separate nitrogen from the hydraulic medium, completing system energy storage, pressure compensation, pipeline buffering, and pressure stabilization and unloading operations. The matching energy storage bladder features excellent material properties, including oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, bending resistance, high strength, and long service life. The overall unit complies with HG/233192 domestic standards and ASME international standards, suitable for multi-industry hydraulic centralized unit matching applications.

Working principle: Nitrogen is pre-charged into the bladder. When system oil pressure rises, the hydraulic medium squeezes the bladder to compress nitrogen, storing surplus hydraulic energy. When system oil pressure drops or load changes occur, nitrogen expands to release energy, supplementing pipeline pressure, counteracting pipeline pressure fluctuations, and protecting the entire hydraulic unit for stable operation.

VI. Installation and Use Specifications

1. Installation Position

The bladder accumulator station can be installed vertically, horizontally, or at an angle. When selecting angled or vertical installation positions, the oil valve must be placed at the bottom.

2. Fixing Method

For individual accumulators with capacity below 1L, they can be directly installed on the pipeline; for conditions with strong vibration or capacity above 1L, it is recommended to use our factory clamps and complete fixing components for reinforced installation.

3. Nitrogen Charging Requirements

Before unit operation, nitrogen must be charged into the bladder. For conventional pressure charging, use our factory CQ type charging tool; when the gas source pressure cannot meet high-pressure charging requirements, use our factory CDZ type nitrogen booster charging vehicle.

4. Usage Precautions

(1) The accumulator cylinder shell must not be welded or subjected to any mechanical processing;

(2) Only nitrogen can be charged into the bladder, oxygen, flammable and corrosive gases must not be used;

(3) The complete accumulator station must be connected to a hydraulic system equipped with a relief valve or safety valve for use.

VII. Common FAQ

Q1: How to select between Type A and Type AB bladders?

A: The two have different structural lengths. Type A is selected for vertical stable conditions, and Type AB is selected for horizontal and high-frequency vibration conditions.

Q2: Can the accumulator station be modified with custom interfaces?

A: The cylinder and valve body structure must not be privately modified. If interface size changes are needed, please contact the manufacturer for custom processing.

Q3: How to handle bladder leakage within the station?

A: After pressure relief and power disconnection, simply replace the same specification bladder without dismantling the entire unit.
