The AJ type accumulator control valve group is installed between the accumulator and the hydraulic system, mainly controlling three functions: accumulator oil circuit on/off, system pressure overload protection, and circuit pressure relief and oil discharge. It is compatible with all series of bladder accumulators. The valve group consists of multiple integrated valve components with clear division of labor: manual ball valve controls oil circuit on/off; threaded cartridge direct-acting relief valve and cartridge pilot relief valve provide system pressure overload protection; needle stop valve, ball-type solenoid directional valve, and two-way cartridge solenoid relief valve handle circuit pressure relief and oil discharge. The electrically controlled version includes a standard needle stop valve, enabling manual accumulator pressure relief and oil discharge during power outage.
This AJ type accumulator control valve group features stable operating performance, neat appearance, compact overall structure, small pipeline installation space, convenient on-site opening/closing, pressure regulation, and unloading operations, suitable for various high-pressure hydraulic energy storage systems.

1. Manual Ball Valve: Controls oil conduction and cutoff between the accumulator and hydraulic system, isolating oil circuit media;
2. Relief Valve: Available in direct-acting and pilot cartridge types, provides overflow pressure relief when system pressure exceeds limits, protecting pipelines and accumulators from overload damage;
3. Unloading Control Valve: Uses needle stop valve and solenoid directional valve to achieve controllable oil discharge and pressure relief; electrically controlled version retains manual needle valve for emergency pressure relief during power outage.
1. Integrated valve body with multiple valve components combined into one unit, compact structure simplifying on-site pipeline connection layout;
2. Diverse control modes, supporting manual, power-on, and power-off unloading modes, suitable for automated and conventional hydraulic applications;
3. Comprehensive protection logic with built-in overload overflow protection, limiting system working pressure to protect downstream accumulators and hydraulic components;
4. Wide adaptability with multiple diameters and pressure ratings available, standardized threaded interfaces, compatible with all national standard series bladder accumulators;
5. Dual pressure relief assurance: electrically controlled valve group equipped with manual needle valve for manual pressure relief during power outage or electrical control failure, ensuring high maintenance safety;
6. High machining precision and excellent sealing performance, resistant to oil leakage under high-low pressure alternating conditions, with good operational stability.
Suitable for machine tool hydraulic stations, fire protection pressure stabilization systems, construction machinery hydraulic units, chemical energy storage hydraulic systems, and marine hydraulic equipment. Used with various NXQ bladder accumulators as dedicated control valve body for oil circuit on/off, overload protection, and maintenance pressure relief.
1. Verify system working pressure during selection, match corresponding pressure rating relief valve, do not exceed rated pressure;
2. Distinguish P port, T port, and S port positions during installation, select same-side or opposite-side oil port models as needed to avoid reversed oil circuit connections;
3. Electrically controlled valve group wiring must comply with equipment voltage standards, regularly check solenoid directional valve wiring sealing;
4. For accumulator maintenance oil discharge, prioritize using needle stop valve for slow pressure relief, prohibit rapid valve opening/closing under pressure;
5. Regularly clean internal oil residue and impurities in the valve group to prevent valve core jamming affecting pressure relief and on/off operations.
