The AJF type safety shut-off valve is a new hydraulic component designed for use with accumulators. It can serve as a pipeline shut-off valve, installed between the accumulator and the hydraulic system connection pipeline. It integrates multiple protection functions including pipeline shut-off, pressure limiting protection, and oil discharge unloading, providing comprehensive safety protection for accumulator operation. The valve body features a dedicated pressure test port for real-time detection of the accumulator working pressure, facilitating on-site pressure verification and debugging.
This valve integrates overflow pressure stabilization, oil circuit shut-off, and controllable unloading functions into one unit. It features compact size, light weight, simple and compact structure, and convenient on-site operation, disassembly, and maintenance. When used together with accumulators, it can optimize the hydraulic oil circuit pressure-bearing condition, effectively extend the accumulator service life, and improve the operational safety and stability of the entire energy storage hydraulic system.

1. Oil Circuit Shut-Off Function: Isolates the accumulator from the hydraulic system oil circuit, enabling oil circuit on/off control for convenient independent maintenance and disassembly of the accumulator;
2. Pressure Limiting Protection Function: Built-in overflow structure automatically relieves pressure when system pressure exceeds limits, preventing accumulator damage from overpressure;
3. Oil Discharge Unloading Function: Controllably releases residual pressure inside the accumulator for safe pressure relief before equipment maintenance, avoiding the risk of disassembly under pressure;
4. Pressure Detection Function: The valve body features a built-in pressure test port for connecting external pressure gauges to monitor accumulator operating pressure in real time.
1. Multi-function integration: Combines shut-off, overflow, unloading, and pressure testing functions, reducing the number of separate valve components in the pipeline;
2. Compact and streamlined structure with low valve body weight, suitable for installation in narrow hydraulic equipment rooms and pipeline locations;
3. Flexible selection adaptability: Multiple pressure ratings, multiple diameters, and three pipeline connection types to suit different pipeline layouts;
4. Easy disassembly and operation: External operation structure, simple pressure relief and flow cutoff operations, convenient later disassembly and replacement;
5. Excellent protection performance: Sensitive pressure stabilization and relief, reducing oil pressure impact damage to accumulators and extending accumulator service life;
6. Stable sealing performance: Suitable for high-low pressure alternating hydraulic conditions, good oil circuit sealing, reducing oil leakage problems.
Widely suitable for machine tool hydraulic stations, fire protection pressure stabilization energy storage systems, construction machinery hydraulic units, chemical hydraulic energy storage equipment, and marine hydraulic systems. Used with various types of bladder accumulators for high/low pressure hydraulic oil circuit control and protection applications.
1. Selection must match the system rated oil pressure, choose valve components with corresponding nominal pressure specifications to avoid overpressure operation;
2. Based on on-site pipeline routing, select straight-through, right-angle, or three-way connection types to reduce pipeline bending losses;
3. Connect pressure gauges to the pressure test port as needed, and seal the port when idle to prevent impurities from entering the valve body;
4. When relieving pressure for accumulator maintenance, operate the valve slowly to release internal oil pressure smoothly, avoiding instantaneous pressure relief impact on the pipeline;
5. Regularly inspect valve body sealing components, clean valve core impurities and oil contamination, and ensure smooth and sensitive shut-off and pressure relief operations.
