The self-controlled self-cleaning filter is a water circulation filtration and purification equipment that integrates filtration, pressure differential monitoring, electric cleaning, and automatic blowdown functions. It is suitable for impurity filtration and purification of industrial circulating water, production water, and water supply and drainage pipelines. Relying on dual-mode pressure differential sensing and timed settings for filter screen self-cleaning, it requires minimal monitoring workload and provides stable filtration and blowdown operation, suitable for long-term filtration in medium to large water circulation pipelines.
Qualified pre-treated water enters the equipment body through the inlet port. Water impurities are intercepted and accumulated on the outer side of the stainless steel filter screen, gradually forming a media pressure differential across the screen. The equipment is equipped with a pressure differential switch that monitors the inlet and outlet pressure differential in real time. When the differential reaches the system preset threshold, the electric monitoring device issues a command, transmitting a signal to the hydraulic control valve, which links to the drive motor to start the automatic cleaning and blowdown process.
After equipment installation, professional technicians perform on-site commissioning to set the water filtration duration and filter screen cleaning switch time. The equipment then operates in closed-loop self-control mode. Clean water continuously flows into the body from the inlet, the stainless steel screen intercepts impurities under normal conditions, and the equipment stably filters clean water. Upon reaching the preset cleaning duration, the electronic monitor sends a motor drive signal to the hydraulic control valve. The drive motor rotates the brush to scrub impurities attached to the filter screen, while simultaneously opening the pipeline control valve to complete sewage blowdown. The entire self-cleaning blowdown process takes only tens of seconds. After cleaning, the blowdown control valve automatically closes, the drive motor stops, and the equipment resets to its initial filtration state, cycling to the next round of water filtration.
1. Filter Body: Pressure-bearing housing, receiving water in and out, completing full-domain filtration in a sealed environment.
2. Stainless Steel Screen: High-precision filter component, intercepting sediment, suspended solids, and solid impurities; corrosion-resistant and durable.
3. Pressure Differential Monitoring: Pressure differential switch, real-time monitoring of screen front/back differential, determining screen blockage level.
4. Electronic Control Monitor: Electronic monitor, receiving and sending control signals, linking cleaning and blowdown program start/stop.
5. Hydraulic Control: Hydraulic control valve, controlling water circuit on/off and blowdown open/close.
6. Brush Drive Assembly: Drive motor and rotary brush, physically scrubbing screen impurities for non-destructive self-cleaning.
1. Dual-Mode Self-Control: Supports pressure differential sensing cleaning and timed setting cleaning, adaptable to different water quality impurity conditions.
2. High Self-Cleaning Efficiency: Brushing and blowdown operate simultaneously, single-round cleaning duration is short, filtration continues uninterrupted.
3. Durable Stainless Steel Screen: Corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, stable filtration precision, not easily deformed or damaged, long service life.
4. High Automation Level: After commissioning and parameter setting, operates in closed-loop self-control, reducing manual monitoring and manual disassembly cleaning workload.
5. Stable Linkage Control: Electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical brush linkage coordination, precise program start/stop without jamming.
6. Low Maintenance Cost: No consumables replacement needed; only periodic verification of control parameters required, simple later-stage maintenance.
Widely used in factory circulating cooling water systems, municipal water supply and drainage networks, chemical process water circulation, aquaculture water purification systems, HVAC hot/cold circulating water, and industrial and mining production water purification pipelines. Intercepts water suspended solids and solid particle impurities, protecting downstream pipelines, valves, and hydraulic equipment from impurity accumulation and blockage.
1. Equipment must be professionally commissioned after initial installation; set filtration duration, cleaning duration, and pressure differential threshold as needed.
2. Regularly calibrate pressure differential switch sensitivity to avoid monitoring failure that prevents screen self-cleaning when blocked.
3. Keep electronic control components dry and waterproof; provide rain protection for outdoor installations to prevent moisture-related failures.
4. Regularly inspect rotary brush wear; replace worn brush bristles promptly to ensure screen cleaning effectiveness.
5. Keep blowdown pipelines unobstructed; do not block or bend them to ensure rapid discharge of cleaning sewage.
6. Strictly control inlet water quality to prevent large hard particles from scratching the stainless steel screen, which would reduce filtration sealing performance.
