This product is a 2-way high-pressure ball valve available in KHB (BKH) and KHM (MKH) series, suitable for high-pressure hydraulic pipeline systems. The valve adopts a floating ball sealing structure with 90° rotary operation, providing reliable sealing and convenient operation. The valve body is made of high-quality forged steel with surface anti-corrosion treatment, suitable for long-term use in various industrial conditions.
The ball valve uses the valve stem to drive the ball, rotating around the valve stem axis. By rotating the ball 90°, the internal flow port aligns with or blocks the pipeline, achieving medium conduction or cut-off. The floating ball design uses medium pressure to press the ball against the downstream seal seat, enhancing the sealing effect under high-pressure conditions.
1. Threaded connection: Suitable for small to medium diameter pipelines with convenient installation;
2. Flange connection: Suitable for medium to high pressure and large diameter pipelines;
3. Plate connection: Suitable for hydraulic integrated valve block embedded installation.
1. Available in KHB (BKH) and KHM (MKH) series with clear selection categories;
2. Floating ball self-pressure sealing, medium pressure assists sealing, leak-free under pressure;
3. 90° rotary operation with small torque, convenient and labor-saving;
4. Full bore design with minimal flow resistance, suitable for high-pressure fluid transfer;
5. Forged steel body with anti-corrosion surface treatment, durable and wear-resistant;
6. Multiple connection options, versatile for different pipeline installation requirements.
Widely used in hydraulic machinery equipment, hydraulic control circuits, industrial fluid pipelines, and energy storage auxiliary oil circuits, for high-pressure pipeline medium on-off control and pipeline isolation.
1. Select the appropriate series based on pipeline pressure rating and connection requirements;
2. Ensure connection interfaces are clean and free of impurities, tighten evenly to prevent leakage;
3. Operate the valve with uniform force; do not use excessive force to avoid ball or seal damage;
4. Regularly inspect valve sealing performance and replace worn seals as needed;
5. Clean the valve cavity before installation to prevent impurities from entering and damaging the ball surface.
