CJZQ Series High-Pressure Ball Valve (QJZ Type)

I. Product Introduction

This product is a 2-way high-pressure ball valve, available in BKH and MKH series specifications, suitable for standardized flange pipeline connection configurations. The valve body is compatible with SAE J518C-3000PS flange and SAE J518C-6000PS flange dedicated pipe connectors; customized flange structures can be provided, interchangeable with JB/ZQ4187-97 split high-pressure flanges, suitable for various high-pressure pipeline connection installations. The valve body is available in stainless steel material, with phosphating anti-corrosion surface treatment, resistant to medium corrosion, suitable for long-term multi-condition use. The valve opening/closing stroke is a 90° rotary action. The valve body plug body is a ball structure with a circular flow port at the ball axis position, which can cut off pipeline medium, distribute flow, and regulate medium flow direction. Only a small rotating torque is needed to achieve tight pipeline sealing. Conventional ball valves are mostly used for fully open and fully closed shut-off conditions; through process iteration and upgrading, V-ball valves and other categories have been developed to meet pipeline throttling and flow regulation requirements. The valve body is available in integrated and combined structural forms, suitable for diverse installation conditions.

II. Opening/Closing Positioning Structure

The valve opening/closing positions are determined by the operating handle mandrel indicator slot, combined with limit pins and limit washers for dual-direction limiting, precisely fixing the valve open/close positions; the valve body has strong sealing stability, leak-free operation, and requires no manual secondary seal adjustment after assembly, making maintenance worry-free.

III. Sealing and Flow Principle

The valve adopts a floating ball sealing structure, achieving pressure sealing through the outlet side seal. The internal diameter is designed for full flow, allowing smooth medium flow without turbulence or stagnation, with stable medium transfer and overall easy, labor-saving operation. The valve is driven by a central rotating shaft, driving the ball to complete opening and closing position switching; during system pressurized operation, medium pressure presses the ball against the unpressurized side of the seal seat, leveraging force to enhance the sealing effect, with stable high-pressure sealing performance.

1. Standard adapters: SAE J518C-3000PS flange and SAE J518C-6000PS flange matching pipe connectors;

2. Interchangeable adapters: Custom flanges can be compatible with JB/ZQ4187-97 split high-pressure flanges, with high pipeline connection versatility.

VI. Core Applications

As a plate-type high-pressure ball valve, mainly used for hydraulic circuit medium blocking, pipeline on-off cutting, suitable for machine tool hydraulic systems, ship-mounted hydraulic equipment, integrated control valve blocks, and various industrial high-pressure fluid pipeline opening/closing isolation operations.

VII. Usage Precautions

1. Select BKH or MKH series, verify pipeline flange standards and pressure ratings before selection and installation;

2. Ensure flange connection end faces are flat and free of impurities, tighten bolts diagonally and evenly to prevent oil leakage and air leakage at high-pressure interfaces;

3. Use the handle mandrel indicator slot to verify open/close positions, confirm positions with limit components, do not over-travel the handle;

4. When using interchangeable flanges, verify flange dimensions and seal groove specifications to ensure proper sealing fit;

5. Regularly clean valve cavity impurities to prevent particle impurities from wearing the floating ball and seal seat, damaging the self-sealing fit;

6. Under long-term pressurized conditions, no need to disassemble and adjust the seal; if leakage occurs, prioritize checking limit and installation alignment.
