The loading unit has a built-in self-sealing valve, suitable for high and low-pressure fluid systems, mainly used for pipeline fluid sampling and system pressure testing. The valve body has simple linked opening/closing logic, relying on spring force for autonomous opening and closing, suitable for instrument-connected pressure measurement conditions. The overall components are precision-machined metal parts with compact structure, and manual connection can complete pipeline on-off, making field operation convenient.
The loading unit has a built-in integrated self-sealing valve with autonomous sealing protection capability: when the unit is used alone and idle, the built-in spring force drives the self-sealing valve to close, blocking internal fluid leakage; after the unit is connected and locked with the matching hypodermic needle measurement hose and measurement connector, the connecting component pushes open the self-sealing valve, opening the internal flow channel for fluid sampling and system pressure testing. After disconnecting the connecting component, the valve automatically resets and closes.
Under high-pressure conditions, operators can manually complete the connection and disconnection of the loading unit with the measurement hose without using special tools, making instrument connection and disassembly convenient and suitable for on-site high-frequency testing and multi-point sampling conditions.
1. Main metal material: Carbon steel and stainless steel 316TI options for different corrosion and pressure conditions;
2. Carbon steel sealing: Metal with NBR nitrile rubber seal, suitable temperature range -25℃~90℃;
3. Stainless steel sealing: Metal with FPM fluororubber seal, suitable temperature range -20℃~200℃.
Conventional loading units are classified into ball seal and cone seal structural types according to internal sealing structure, adapting to different pressure testing and sampling conditions. Ball seal has better overall structural stability and stronger adaptability to high-pressure conditions.
1. Built-in self-sealing valve with spring autonomous reset sealing, automatically locking the flow channel after disconnection to prevent medium leakage;
2. Linked connection opening/closing, automatically opens the valve when connected with measurement connector, no electrical or manual valve control needed;
3. High-pressure manual connection/disconnection, no tools needed, high efficiency for fluid sampling and pressure testing;
4. Integrated metal structure, carbon steel and stainless steel options, pressure-resistant and deformation-resistant, suitable for high and low-pressure fluid systems;
5. Sealing material adaptability by zone, rubber temperature range clearly defined, suitable for normal, high and low-temperature medium conditions;
6. Two seal types available, cone seal with strong versatility, ball seal with stable structure, suitable for high-pressure high-frequency operation;
7. Compact and small size, minimal installation space, suitable for narrow equipment cavities and integrated pipeline installation.
Suitable for various hydraulic and pneumatic high/low-pressure fluid pipelines, energy storage fluid systems, and industrial instrument testing circuits, for real-time system pressure testing and pipeline fluid sampling, suitable for workshop routine inspection and pressure verification operations.
1. Select sealing structure as needed; for high-pressure high-frequency testing conditions, ball seal type is preferred for better operational stability;
2. Verify medium operating temperature, match corresponding rubber sealing components, avoid over-temperature aging causing seal leakage;
3. When connecting hypodermic hose and connector, align straight and engage; do not connect at an angle to avoid damaging the valve port sealing surface;
4. For high-pressure conditions, connect and disconnect manually at uniform speed; do not use violent insertion/removal to prevent self-sealing valve spring failure;
5. For long-term sampling conditions, regularly check sealing rubber components and spring integrity, and replace aged parts promptly;
6. When stored idle or disconnected, the self-sealing valve remains closed to prevent impurities from entering the valve cavity and contaminating fluid;
7. For corrosive fluid conditions, 316TI stainless steel body with fluororubber seal is preferred for better corrosion resistance.
