I. Product Introduction

The pilot-operated check valve relies on external control fluid pressure to realize reverse valve conduction, and is a controllable one-way hydraulic control valve with important supporting roles in coal mine machinery and various hydraulic auxiliary equipment. Compared with conventional one-way valves, the valve body adds an independent control oil circuit, which can switch between one-way locking and reverse conduction working modes, suitable for engineering machinery and mining equipment hydraulic oil circuit locking and pressure maintaining dedicated conditions.

II. Difference from Ordinary Check Valve

1. Control oil circuit without pressure supply: The pilot-operated check valve operates the same as an ordinary check valve, pressure oil flows from inlet to outlet, medium cannot flow back in reverse, realizing oil circuit one-way locking;

2. Control oil circuit with pressure supply: Pressure oil pushes the internal piston push rod to displace, the push rod pushes open the one-way valve core, conducting the oil circuit reverse flow channel, medium can flow back from the outlet in reverse, realizing oil circuit bidirectional flow.

III. Bidirectional Hydraulic Lock Structure and Function

The bidirectional hydraulic lock is an engineering machinery dedicated oil circuit locking valve, mainly suitable for outrigger hydraulic cylinder matching oil circuits, avoiding hydraulic cylinder retraction and outrigger displacement problems. The valve body is assembled from two sets of pilot-operated check valves, linking and controlling dual-side oil circuits, bidirectionally locking oil circuit medium, stably locking hydraulic cylinder telescopic position, ensuring stable engineering machinery outrigger working status.

IV. Oil Circuit Pressure Maintaining Working Principle

Conventional spool-type directional valves have internal fitting clearance, and trace medium leakage occurs during operation, which cannot meet long-term pressure stabilization and maintaining requirements. For hydraulic circuits with long-term pressure maintaining requirements, pilot-operated check valves can be installed; the valve body adopts a cone surface sealing structure, with excellent closing fit sealing, blocking oil circuit medium leakage, meeting hydraulic oil circuit long-term pressure stabilization and maintaining operation requirements.

VI. Application Scope

Mainly used with coal mining machinery, construction engineering machinery, vehicle-mounted hydraulic outriggers, hydraulic tooling fixtures, energy storage matching hydraulic oil circuits, mostly used for oil circuit one-way cutoff, hydraulic cylinder position locking, hydraulic circuit pressure stabilization and maintaining, preventing actuator component self-weight retraction and oil circuit pressure relief displacement.

VII. Usage Precautions

1. Distinguish between main control oil circuit and control oil circuit, match oil pressure as needed, control oil pressure must meet standard for smooth valve core pushing and reversing;

2. For pressure maintaining conditions, prioritize verifying cone surface sealing integrity, worn sealing surface will reduce oil circuit pressure maintaining duration;

3. When assembling bidirectional hydraulic lock, verify valve body installation direction, matching hydraulic cylinder dual-side oil circuit connection;

4. Install filtration devices in system oil circuit, isolate hard impurities, avoid impurities scratching cone valve sealing surface, causing internal leakage;

5. Cannot replace spool valve directional function, only used for one-way locking, reverse controllable conduction, and oil circuit pressure maintaining auxiliary;

6. For long-term locking and pressure maintaining conditions, regularly check control oil circuit sealing, prevent control pressure leakage causing valve core accidental opening;

7. For cold conditions, select suitable low-temperature resistant sealing accessories, slow down sealing part hardening, ensuring cone valve closing sealing effect.
