1. Pressure regulation must strictly follow rated values: safety valve pressure no more than 2MPa, relief valve pressure no more than 3MPa, sequence valve pressure no more than 4MPa, to avoid over-pressure damage to the valve group;
2. Daily operation should smoothly move the control handle, violent gear shifting is prohibited, to prevent handle connecting rod deformation affecting gear precise alignment;
3. Before drilling machine operation, verify the three-channel valve pressure values, fine-tune pressure according to drilling load, ensuring process linkage matching;
4. For Field operations, provide dust protection for the valve group, prevent rock dust and mud from entering valve stem gaps, avoiding valve core sticking;
5. Regularly verify pressure regulation accuracy, after long-term use pressure drift may occur, requiring unified re-inspection and calibration to ensure drilling machine operation safety;
6. When replacing hydraulic medium, select drilling machine dedicated hydraulic oil, install filtration devices in the oil circuit, to reduce impurity wear on internal valve cores;
