The ultra-thin ball valve is a lightweight compact pipeline on-off valve with short overall structure length, light self-weight, convenient on-site installation, low material consumption, and good economy. The valve body is suitable for clamp bracket installation, suitable for pipeline insulation construction scenarios, with excellent pipeline insulation adaptability; the valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure with stable closing seal and light, labor-saving opening/closing operation. The valve body is equipped with a fire-resistant protection structure as standard, which can still operate stably under fire conditions, maintaining pipeline sealing performance with strong working condition safety and stability.
According to project operating conditions and on-site safety control requirements, two types of protective positioning structures can be customized to enhance valve safety:
1. Anti-static structure: Suitable for flammable and explosive medium pipelines, dissipating static electricity accumulation to avoid safety hazards caused by static electricity;
2. 90° opening/closing positioning plate with hole: Matches the standard 90° rotary opening/closing stroke of the valve, can be equipped with locks for position limiting and locking as needed to prevent personnel misoperation of the valve, ensuring stable pipeline operation.
Pressure rating: Class150, PN1.0MPa, PN2.5MPa
Temperature classification:
1. Reinforced PTFE sealing ring: Working temperature 29℃~180℃;
2. Polyphenylene sealing ring: Working temperature 29℃~300℃.

Through different valve body material and sealing ring material selection, it can adapt to various industrial fluid media, including water, steam, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, hydraulic oil, etc., with versatility covering chemical, thermal, hydraulic, and water supply/drainage industries.
Mainly suitable for clamp-mounted pipelines and insulation process pipelines, compatible with Class150, PN1.0/2.5MPa pressure rated pipelines, for pipeline medium conduction and cut-off isolation, suitable for constant temperature, high temperature, corrosive, and flammable/explosive process pipeline on-off control.
1. Verify pipeline pressure rating during selection, match Class150, PN1.0MPa, PN2.5MPa rated pressure, overpressure operation is prohibited;
2. Select corresponding material sealing ring based on pipeline medium temperature; for high-temperature conditions, polyphenylene sealing ring is preferred;
3. For flammable and explosive medium pipelines, anti-static structure must be installed for pipeline static electricity dissipation protection;
4. For unattended and easily bumped conditions, install 90° positioning plate with hole and lock to fix valve opening/closing position;
5. When installing with clamp bracket, use moderate clamping force to avoid squeezing valve body deformation and damaging internal elastic valve seat;
6. Fire-resistant structure is for emergency protection; avoid long-term open flame baking of valve body, regularly check sealing ring aging;
7. After use with corrosive media, regularly clean valve cavity residual media to reduce valve body and seal corrosion loss.
